Capitol Vacuum Service strives to maintain a 2-week turnaround for leak detection and leak repairs and we can offer rush service.

OUR LEAK DETECTION PROCESS

• Receiving—Each test item is inspected for damage.
• Evaluation—Tested and helium leak confirmed.
• Quotation—We quote you the cost for a standard repair.
• Cleaning—All parts are thoroughly cleaned.
• Final Test—Testing of repair and helium leak check.
• Packaging—Each repaired item is bagged in plastic and packed into a box with a foam-in-place system for maximum protection during shipping.
• Shipping—Tested units are shipped using the customer’s preferred carrier.
