Capitol Vacuum Parts is dedicated to providing customers with exceptional service. We work very hard to live up to our company motto to provide “The Right Parts, On Time, Every Time”™. Your call will be answered by a real person (not a machine), and most of the time that person will be able to help you with whatever you need without being transferred or put on hold. We know your time is valuable and we never want to keep you waiting.

We stock thousands of parts so that we can ship your order the same day you place it with us. We pick our kits as needed so you won’t hear “Sorry that kit is out of stock”. And you can order as late as 4:00PM Eastern Time and we’ll have it on the truck by 5:00. Use our shipper or yours, whatever you prefer.

On the rare occasion that we don’t have what you need in our stock, we’ll get you the price and delivery information as quickly as possible, usually in less than an hour. If we can’t provide what you need, we’ll tell you where to call to get it, even if it is one of our competitors.
