Capitol Vacuum was founded in 1975 to offer products and services to the high vacuum industry. Over the years our focus has narrowed to specialize in providing high quality spare parts, repair kits, oil and filters for all types of vacuum pumps at a reasonable cost to pump rebuilders and end users. We also offer turbomolecular pump repair services. In over 30 years we have gained insight and expertise that enables us to offer a unique combination of products, customer service and technical support.

We strive to ensure that every kit is complete, every part fits and works as well as or better than the OEM part, and that every order ships the same day it is received. We employ a process of continuing education for all of our staff to ensure that your questions are answered quickly and correctly.
